We recently invited one of our larger infrastructure construction company clients
to tour our production facility in Ras Al Khaima.
One of the questions our engineering client asked was “what is the process?” While the exact
science is our trade secret, the basic process is as follows. The Cell Generation Powder
reacts with the alkaline ph of cement powder. The result of this chemical reaction creates
hydrogen gas. The hydrogen gas bubbles then cause the base material to expand as the gas
bubbles get trapped in the material. The effect being to produce a lightweight product.
