Despite the efforts of many, the production and use of plastics keeps increasing, fossil fuel demand continues to rise and renewable energy sources are struggling to meet demand, this however will change with time.
The construction industry is, by its nature, a heavy user of energy to produce the raw materials.
Here at Ecocon, we are striving to reduce our carbon footprint. We do this by reducing the overall weight of the building thus reducing the weight of materials delivered to site. The end result of this is to reduce the diesel required for transportation.
